Bringing Our Commitment to Life

We have a comprehensive, global strategy for inclusion and diversity focused on three key areas: our people, our clients and our voice and presence in the market.

Our people

We focus on fostering an inclusive culture that attracts and retains smart, curious, innovative and results-driven people who are energized by the work we do and care deeply about one another and our firm. Our activities have included:

  • Hiring Dr. Tony Byers as our chief inclusion and diversity officer and building out a global inclusion function
  • Increasing the success and retention of all talent, including women and individuals from historically underrepresented groups
  • Organizing employee resource groups to support and empower team members
  • Expanding our collective knowledge and skills through inclusive leadership behaviors training and an ongoing speaker series
  • Measuring engagement and inclusion baselines and objectives
  • Providing benefits and safeguards that address a broad range of needs for all our people

Our Employee Resource Groups Around the World

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support and empower team members around the world. The ERGs share the goals of empowering colleagues of all backgrounds, increasing connection and creating opportunities for community-building through social, volunteer and celebratory activities. These groups are engaged in education and outreach, producing and hosting expert speaker panels and workshops, and sharing lived experiences in various forums.

These groups are important in helping us foster an inclusive workplace culture and are continuing to expand across the globe. We are deeply committed to supporting our ERGs, and their growth and contributions are essential to our values and mission.
